Join my stretching and healing class,

I am a physical performer, circus artist and coach. I have been working with my body on a professional level for thirty years.
As a former contortionist, I propose a personal physical training that includes different choreographic work tools, such as contortion technique, yoga exercises and release technique.
I combine static and dynamic stretching, working towards finding just the right balance between the strength and stretch that your body needs. In the class, we will work on expanding and giving elasticity to different parts of the body to release tensions and move more freely.
- Dynamic Warm-Up: Gentle movements to prepare your body
- Guided Stretching Techniques: Static and dynamic stretches for key muscle groups
- Postural Correction Exercises: Improve alignment and reduce tension
- Breathwork & Relaxation: Controlled breathing for muscle release and recovery.
My class is for all ages and fitness levels, from beginners to seasoned athletes. Experience the benefits of stretching, including reduced injury risk, improved range of motion, and enhanced performance.

I am a Danish-born artist based in Belgium since 2003. I work and create at the intersection of performance, circus art, documentary, and vocal sound.

I studied theatre in Copenhagen from 1995 to 1998 and then switched to circus studies. I studied at circus schools in AFUK, Copenhagen, National Circus Schools in Havana (Cuba), Moscow (Russia), and Kyiv (Ukraine), and I graduated from l’Ecole Supérieure des Arts du Cirque in 2006 in Brussels (Belgium).

I develop my work In-Situ, for theatres and musical events, inviting different artists to collaborate in my projects, all placed in the field of multidisciplinary art and music: "Ori", "A Room" supported by The French Community, "WoManHood" Winner of the XS & UP Call for Projects! 2021|Espace Catastrophe & The National Theatre Wallonia-Brussels, and supported by The French Community and "Simply Treeming" selected by the circus organisation Circ'uit.
In 2023, I was selected with my project, "Structures," to be part of the European project Hand to Hand, a contemporary European circus exploration in public space that collectively questions the notion of social ecology. The project brings together 4 European partners: Le Palc, ROOM 100, Bússola and Helsingør Theatre.
I won the appeal of the BOURSE EXPLORATOIRE au Japon, a research and circus art exchange program between Belgium and Japan in 2023. The project was organised by UP – Circus & Performing Arts & Wallonie-Bruxelles International (WBI), Setouchi Circus Factory, Setagaya Public Theatre, and Circus Laboratory Coucou.
My latest and upcoming project is for 2027, a project that merges music and video art.
I work as an artistic consultant/director on multidisciplinary projects. I have directed and coached at the circus schools ESAC in Brussels and Codarts in Rotterdam. I currently teach and give workshops at Up Circus & Performing Arts in Brussels, and in secondary schools in Belgium, through the multidisciplinary project Atlas/Remix, supported by ITHAC.
