My goal is that you come out of the lessons feeling inspired and enriched by music and of course, trying to enjoy together. There is no need to have a minimum level for the lessons, whether you are a beginner or have an advanced level for violin-viola or Music theory, my lessons will be adapted to your needs and desires to get the best out of each student. <About the Lessons>
I am offering online theory lessons. Whether you are preparing for the ABRSM Gr. 5 theory exams or you would like to deepen your knowledge by proceeding to further grades, I am happy to help and guide you through them effectively and efficiently!

<Why learn online?>
Unlike instrumental lessons, learning music theory online does not have any disadvantages. Using zoom, students can learn via shared screen and white board just like face-to-face lessons. Why not save your weekly travel time as well!

<Biography>
I am a concert pianist and a piano teacher native to Japan but I also enjoy teaching music theory very much as I strongly believe understanding of Music Theory can aid your principal instrument playing enormously!
I have been a head of Music Theory Department in a music academy in HK as well as a senior Piano Instructor for the past years. I have previously taught music theory and analysis in HK and UK in both private and group settings for over 13 years. My past students had a 100% passing rate of Gr. 5 theory exam.
