I have a Master's Degree from Multimedia Composition at the Janáček Acadamy of Music and Performing Arts in Brno. I have made music for several ensembles, theatre performances, dance performances, short time movies, sound effects/field recordings for videogames, having my alternative music production at the same time. I used to work in several theatres in live sound-engineering and for more than one year I was leading one of the best recording studios of our country as a sound and recording director (esp. jazz, classical music, experimental music).

Hi,

I am here to help people with music and sound composition. To enlarge the ways of thinking and make your work faster and less stressed or worried, which is usually one of the biggest troubles. It is important to learn, at some point, but it is also important to learn how to take it easy. I love to teach through the discussion, listening, giving feedback, and exchanging experiences.

Education

I have a Master's Degree from Multimedia Composition at the Janáček Acadamy of Music and Performing Arts in Brno. I have been a multiinstrumentalist (piano, recorders, analog synthesizers, atc.) and also work with sound or interactive systems.

Graduated in Guitar (Classical / Popular) by the Conservatório de Tatuí - Brazil, I have experience in Brazilian music and folk music, having worked as a teacher and interpreter in Brazil.

I offer guitar lessons online and face to face, with a special focus on Samba, Chôro, Bossa Nova, the traditional Brazilian MPB and variant genres.

Classes are aimed at people of all age groups without the need for prior knowledge. Will be approached in class the language of the genres with their rhythmic and historical specificities, studies of technique and musical theory.
Classes can be taught in English, Portuguese or Spanish.

My teaching method is in line with and according to the student's objectives, always seeking to exceed their expectations. Depending on the level of experience, I always try to maintain a rigorous method, or a looser one, depending on what is desired.
From 0 experience to a more advanced level. If the student is enrolled in a Conservatory, I follow the institution's learning parameters. I teach classes preferably at my home, or online.
