About Me
Born and raised in the UK, but a natural adventurer. I've always enjoyed travelling, even just creating new memories with my loved ones and experiencing different places, activities and don't get me started on food! I love all things surrounding food, cooking or trying different cuisines. My interest in society and individuals stems from me being family orientated, growing up surrounded by creativity and loving and embracing my culture. My interest and hard work inspired my BA Sociology degree, my joyous, encouraging, empathetic traits and qualifications led to me working in nurseries, both mainstream and sen primary and secondary schools teaching, supporting, and providing mentorship. I further continued in the educational path and provided private academic tuition and mentoring for learners. I'm social and sociable but balancing it out is my thing, I like writing, reading, yoga, gyming, pamper days the list proceeds because I thoroughly enjoy my solitude too. For me both are just as important, excelling in your own individual growth is key and that’s the aim within my sessions, any sign of growth is progress. Back story:
My interest surrounding society and teaching comes from understanding there's many ways; no two people are the same, what works for one may not work for another. My skills and experiences have highlighted there's a need for those that still have passion and care for what they do. Rapport is pivotal when individual support is needed; thus my skills continuously enhancing. I allow myself to stay true to who I am whilst working and this only excels my leadership skills where my ambitious, understanding, empathetic, creative, optimistic, integrity, dedicated and critical thinking qualities form attainment.
Since 2019 I have been working in the educational field, with as young as EYFS to KS4 as a teacher assistant, one to one support, mentoring and providing public and private tuition. Amongst this I have acquired a BA degree in Sociology which has allowed me gain further knowledge and skills in other roles. Within this time I have seen the students I've provided support to excel, learners that had lost hope then regain optimism.

Transcendental Embodiment (TE) is the result of three years of research and development. Merging from a movement philosophy research entitled Behind & Beyond, to its phenomenological understanding. The metaphysical unity of the tangible and intangible bodies expounds on the undeniable relationships between those in the physical realm. The tangible body (the material vehicle), the intangibles bodies (psychological, emotional, energetical, and spiritual). As a dance healing practice, guiding the practitioner to conscious corporeality, and subjective emotional understanding, this methodology can also be a useful tool to improve artistry and technical skills on a deeper level, widening mindful creativity, awareness, empathy, and sensitivity.

It can do the same for a teenager who has experienced trauma and now does not know where they fit, how they move forward or who they truly are anymore.
It can help all people, in all walks of life.
Through building one's confidence and finding their own voice and who they are, they get the beautiful chance to experience life to the fullest without letting fear and anxiety of what others will think hold them back.
