I am a fully qualified Italian (native) and Latin teacher, and language enthusiast. I am currently teaching GCSE and A-level students in a Sixth Form College in Oxford, but I have taught Italian and Latin in Italian Lyceum high schools for two decades.
The courses I offer include GCSE and A-level preparation, university admission preparation, university undergraduate courses, and Italian for adult learners (all levels).
I hold a Laurea summa cum laude in Lettere (Italian and Latin Language and Literature) from the University of Verona, a PCTHE (two years) in 'Teaching Italian and Latin Language and Literature' from the University ‘Ca’ Foscari’ of Venice and a MA on Didactic of Italian Language from the University ‘Tor Vergata’ of Rome.
My preparation and my long-term experience has allowed me to acquire and develop different language teaching methods so that my classes are tailored to suit the learning style of each student.

If you are interested in Roman Times, archaeology, languages, this flexible course is for you. Away from classical boring way of learning Latin, you will travel in Time to better understand the present, you will use Latin as a lingua franca.

The course will be adapted to the audience in terms of age range and previous knowledge. I can also help you preparing your GCSE and A-Levels.
I am using different resources from Minimus to Orberg, Ecce Romani, Cambridge Latin course, my own.

I can teach up to GCSE standard in my tutorials for History, Ancient history, Latin, and Ancient Greek respectively. Each of these will provide comprehensive detail into the subjects, as well as including additional reading for interested students that want to go that extra mile in their studies.
