Private Maths and Physics lessons in French or English, French lessons
Recent graduate from a French engineering school, I am now a postgraduate student at Imperial College. I have always loved mathematics and I would like to share my love for the science with anyone who needs it. My goal is to make maths and physics simpler and funnier to study in order to help as many students as I can.
I have already given mathematics classes in France and have developed a certain way of working. Usually, I first go over the lecture with the student, we read the principles and I take as much time is needed to answer any questions they might have. Then, we move on to exercises for the student to practice and apply what was learned in the lecture.
The only key really in to go at your pace, there is no rush and the goal is for you to reach the understanding you desire.

About Me
I am currently a postgraduate student, I moved to London a few months ago to complete my masters degree. Before that, I studied advanced mathematics and physics and attended civil engineering school in France. I want to give science classes because it is important to me to try and share the knowledge I've acquired in those subject and most importantly the love I have for science. I truly believe that is easier and more enjoyable to learn from someone who love what they are doing and I aspire to be that person for one or more studens.Education

Class of Mathematics and PhysicsMathematics and physics are often problematic subjects because the teacher does not have time to sit down with a student to go over point by point the poorly understood parts of the course.
With my engineering training and 5 years of experience as a private tutor, currently a student at Imperial College London, I believe I can help you fill in your gaps and regain confidence in your ability to solve mathematical and physical problems.
I can give lessons in French or English in 1 to 2 hour slots.
I can adapt to all levels up to the license.

French PhD student proposes private lessons in Mathematics, Physics and Biology (in French or English)Graduated from EPFL and Harvard, I offer courses in scientific subjects (to you or your child). Give your child the means to succeed: new work methods, understanding of the course adapted to the student...
About me: I am a French student, doing a PhD in bioengineering at Imperial College. I went to high school in Paris, and I obtained my Baccalaureate with honors. I did my Bachelor's and Master's in Life Sciences Engineering at EPFL and I spent 6 months at Harvard. I am used to teaching, having been a tutor during my master. I enjoy helping students to understand their mistakes and to reinforce their level in scientific subjects.
I would love to meet you! :)

Courses and academic support from primary to secondary schoolA final year engineering student, currently on exchange at Imperial College London, I offer private lessons in mathematics, physics and chemistry. Thanks to my two years of preparatory classes for the grandes écoles (CPGE), I have acquired a solid foundation in these subjects and a rigorous working method. Originally from France, I am fluent in French and English, which allows me to teach in both languages, depending on the student's needs. I really enjoy sharing my knowledge and I enjoy helping students understand, progress and gain confidence, whether to overcome difficulties or to improve. My goal is to support each student in a personalized way, at their own pace.

IGCSE and IB Physics, Maths and Chemistry tutoringTutoring for International Baccalaureate (IB) Maths AA HL/SL, Chemistry HL/SL, Physics HL/SL and for International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) International Mathematics (0607), Additional Mathematics (0606), Physics (0625) Chemistry (0620).
I aim to make sure students understand material intuitively first before delving into complicated questions and foster a friendly and patient learning environment. Instead of relying on memorising formulas, I teach students how to derive the formulas themselves, build upon their previous knowledge and use them to solve complex questions in a simple way, building their confidence in the process. To facilitate this, I use metaphors and every-day things to construct stories that help students remember concepts and relationships between them.
My lessons are tailored to each student's needs, preferences and learning style so I am able to accommodate specific requests. I can help students work on improving both overall understanding of the subject as well as detailed and thorough understanding of specific topics/sub-topics. As someone who sat these exams myself, I know what the most common mistakes in each topic are, the best exam techniques and have lots of tips, tricks and resources I can share!
I offer flexible scheduling, with availability during the day, early mornings, and late evenings for lessons online or in-person lessons near South Kensington. Please message me before booking so we can find a time that works for both of us!
If you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to contact me :)

GCSE/A-Level Maths & Physics by Imperial Engineering Student3rd Year Electronic and Information Engineering student at Imperial College London. I have 3 years' experience tutoring Maths & Physics both in person and online and I am very familiar with GCSE & A-Level specification. My lessons aim to develop understanding of a topic from the ground up rather than just making students memorise lines in a textbook. This is achieved through frequent use of examples and analogies which students can visualise and relate to. On top of this I regularly provide exam practice and feedback so that students become more confident in applying their knowledge and are not intimidated by the pressure of exams. Please feel free to reach out if you have further questions and I hope to teach you soon!

Polytechnique student (l'X) gives courses in physics, chemistry and maths from high school to higher education (prep and license)Currently doing a double degree at Imperial College as part of my fourth year at École Polytechnique, I offer science courses (math, physics, chemistry) for all levels. In addition to my training in PCSI / PC * preparatory class (Pierre de Fermat high school) and at Polytechnique, I had the opportunity to be professor of physics at Saint Joseph University in Beirut in Lebanon for an internship of 6 month. I have also tutored several students in high school and in higher education during my years at Polytechnique. With these experiences, I will be able to adapt to your needs to pass on knowledge and methods to you with rigor and enthusiasm!

Centrale Paris student in master at Imperial College, tutoring & private lessons, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, InfoHello,
I am a student at Ecole Centrale de Paris, currently in the Msc Sustainable Energy Futures master's degree at Imperial College London. I offer private lessons in mathematics, physics, chemistry, computer science and engineering, for students from middle school to high school.
I had the opportunity to deepen these subjects through two years of preparatory classes at Stanislas (MPSI & PSI *) then an engineer training. I therefore offer a follow-up adapted to each one, with an emphasis on learning the course and exercises of increasing difficulty in order to work over the long term. This method works: the 3 students I followed last year all increased their grades in a few weeks.
I can go home in the Hammersmith / Earl's Court / Kensington and surrounding areas, or by videoconference.
Do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions,
Camille
