I also play the piano and often use it for aural training or to accompany my students (or do violin duets). Learning an instrument is also a great way to foster different qualities such as patience, diligence, presence, resilience, deep listening and the ability to express and share our emotions with others. Having explored many different violin methods and styles, I take a different approach according to each student. I like to teach a solid classical technique with some scales, studies and pieces, but there are many different ways to make music enjoyable or find other paths depending on the student's goal. Although I was trained classically in Belgian Conservatoires and the Guildhall School of Music, I do like to teach a variety of music that is not just classical (Celtic, world, klezmer, jazz, tango, film music, pop...). I enjoyed my first lessons. It was both very practical since I learned a lot about the technical aspect of playing an instrument (hand positioning, body posture, etc.) and about the history of harp. The teacher also gave me advice regarding buying my own harp. She was very attentive and paid attention to my every movement, to make sure that I played it all correctly. I am looking forward to having more lessons

The most sunny and calm person I ever met. I never did yoga before and she has been really patient and gentle. She gave me advices regarding my diet and I found it very helpful. She doesn't only teaching she gives you a real idea of the "yoga world" who is vaste and complicated to approach ( for me at least ) I already book another class, I am looking forward for it!
