Human contact is an indispensable condition for learning a language. For this reason, I always try to prioritize the conversation during my classes, but not before having established the necessary grammar bases to be able to carry out good oral communication.

I use memorization techniques adapted to the natural predisposition to learning (visual, auditory or kinesthetic) of each student and combined with the principle of repetition by spaces (SRS) that ensures, according to neuroscientific studies, effective long-term memorization.

My first classes always start with an explanation of the teaching techniques I use and a test that allows me to understand the natural (and then optimal) way of memorizing the student.

Thanks to my travels and my professional experience, I have understood that learning a language means first of all understanding its contexts of use and the society around it. For this reason, I use cultural content as stimuli to work on the linguistic and communicative skills of my students. In fact, my students become consumers of culture, music, current affairs, cinema, series, shorts and everything that can help them experience the realities of different languages.

I speak five languages, two of which I have learned on a self-taught basis. Also, with a BA in Languages and a MA in Linguistics, I am a specialist in language, mental management and planning. I consider learning a language as a project, because it will always be connected to another larger / wider project. Maybe to move to another country or prepare for a job promotion ...

My students are students, individuals, company employees and expatriates who need to develop a methodology to learn languages effectively.

The services I offer are different / diverse: individual or group coaching, training for companies, preparation of talks and meetings, fluency training, and other linguistic services such as proofreading and writing in Italian, French and English.

What will happen in said interview?

I will ask you several questions that will help me to make an analysis of your linguistic profile, evaluate your level and establish your learning objectives. On the same occasion, I will explain my methodology and the tools that we will use at work. We will also discuss the type of coaching (online or face-to-face), the schedules, the prices, and the possible offers.
After the first interview, you will receive a report with a personalized pedagogical proposal and a budget.

Hello, i am a 18 years old French student who live in Barcelona for studies. I am in my first year of a Bachelor in Business. I am very interested in providing knowledge about French vocabulary and speaking French in general. I can teach to native english speakers as i am C1 level English. I can also teach to Spanish native speaker but my Spanish level is less fluent compare to english, I am B2. I can teach in the way the student prefers, I am really flexible and open to every questions and doubt about anything.

The first thing I do is to identify what stage of learning the learner is in and, from there, it provides me with the application of materials necessary to implement a teaching programme. The methodology is adapted to the intended language level, the learning objectives, the age of the learner, the language needs and difficulties. I teach languages in a gradual way, as clearly as possible and making the student feel comfortable, without making him/her feel afraid or embarrassed. I attach as much importance to the theoretical explanation as to the application of theory, and I require my students to be proactive (interactive and participative). When I teach languages, I teach understanding, speaking, reading and writing. Specifically, I teach language as a whole: I teach terminology, semantics (the meaning of morphemes and words and their combinations) and the branches of grammar: morphology (the form and structure of words), sentence syntax (the way words are combined) and word prosody (pronunciation).
I teach languages by applying dynamic teaching strategies, using activities that involve the learner, such as exercises, production of written and verbal speeches, games, staging real-life situations, dialogues, debates, reading, listening to the media, etc.
The teaching materials I use are effective and meet the following criteria: motivating, attractive, up-to-date (current, relevant topics), clear, appropriate (approachable), inclusive (various possibilities for interaction and different points of view), multimodal (varied), participatory, flexible (adaptable) and creative (original).
