When you study English, the first thing that people usually expect from you is to learn grammar. A lot of students focus on the technicalities of the English language so they can have perfect scores in school and tests. Once the test is done, they tend to forget what they've studied.

This is why I always tell my students that the key to learning and mastering a language is through daily conversations. The objective of communication is to understand and be understood. What's the use of perfect grammar if you cannot express yourself due to lack of confidence?

My goal in creating this lesson is to make you feel confident with your conversational and listening skills. We can talk about any topic! Some of you live in a place where English is not always spoken; therefore, you need to practice this with someone who knows the language by heart.

Hello DEAREST,

I've been teaching English online since 2014. I started when I was still in university. I thought to myself: I have a lot of free time and have always been passionate about great conversations and foreign cultures so why not?

I currently work for an airline as a Social Media Team Lead. I manage and guide my own team of agents who assist passengers 24/7. Because of my job, I am able to travel and explore the world!

When it comes to learning any language, daily conversation is important. Grammar is necessary but I believe you will get to master this once you know the basics. The best way to master a language is to practice it daily with someone who knows it by heart.

In the Philippines, we speak two official languages - English and Filipino. I've been speaking English since I was a kid so you can be confident that I'm a good language partner.

My lesson is mostly Free Talk. My goal is to allow my students to practice speaking and listening. This is why I also don't call myself a teacher but rather a language partner.

I graduated from the University of the Philippines. During my first two years, I studied Literature. I then changed my major to Tourism because it was a booming industry during my time. I still love Literature and I am happy that my love for language and art remains to be a passion of mine. Studying tourism opened my eyes to foreign opportunities as well as enabled me to become more culturally aware and embrace diversity.

Learn dance and let talk about your body / emotions, make the difference in the evening ("social dancing") or prepare an event (wedding for example): Focused on pedagogy, technique and pleasure, the dance space offers personalized and individualized courses of Salsa (porto on 1, Cuban), Bachata, Merengue, Kuduru-African dance, Zouk Antillais, Zouk Brazilian (pop music) (...) according to your desires.

Objective: to adapt to your request and your desire. In the eyes of many neophytes, a couple who dance well performs spectacular figures. To dance is to tell / live together a story, to produce beauty in movement and to make the steps, the attitudes and the connections between the various actions aesthetic / harmonious.
