English with a USA native speaker, communication professor in higher education

Hello everyone and welcome to my English and or German lessons taught in group. I organise English and German lessons for children and teenagers and separately adult English group lessons (beginners to advanced). For children and teenagers, interactive activities are used as a way to motivate them, help them remember what they have learned in class and make sure they will be able to apply their language skills in real life context. For the adults lessons, depending on what the students are willing to learn, we can have discussions based on the news, some grammar, writing... I am open to any suggestions, just tell me your needs and I am going to adapt the next lessons for you. If you wish to invite your friends and make a group with them, just let me know and I will allocate you a time slot. For private English lessons, please have a look at my other advertisements. The German lessons are usually for beginners/ intermediate (exceptionally advanced levels in German can be organised only if there is a high-demand). Don't hesitate to contact me should you have further questions. It would be a huge pleasure to integrate you in one of my classes. :-) Lessons usually last 50 minutes.

My name is Mija. I am a third year Business Administration student at KU Leuven in Brussels. I can offer tutoring for mathematics, English and economics for primary and secondary students. I can also offer help with general prep (other classes) for their exams. I could help your children understand the lesson concepts better and feel more confident in their studies. I have a European Baccalaureate and am fluent in three languages, English, French, and Croatian. I also have a basic knowledge of Spanish.

I currently work as a private language teacher in Belgium and I have a good level of English. As I am not a native speaker, I do not give advanced lessons. People from any age, including kids, can follow my English lessons for levels A1, A2 and B1.

I have taught classes and also individuals, and can design a course of lessons for you or help you with material you already have. I like to use authentic materials (newspaper articles, blog posts, youtube videos, radio shows) as well as making my own activities and adapting some from coursebooks. My lessons are student-centred, so there is an emphasis on the student doing the talking rather than me giving a lot of lectures about grammar points!
