To participate and take full advantage of the art therapy workshops, it is not necessary to have any artistic practice, nor pre-requisite because there is no artistic objective to achieve. The purpose of the process not being artistic, we are not concerned with the quality or the appearance of the work produced, but on the contrary with letting go of the result to give free rein to our creativity and our feelings. During the workshops on the various themes of art therapy you will be led, thanks to different mediums (such as acrylic paint, watercolor, pastels), to create and implement a process of artistic creation for therapeutic purposes. Art therapy , in other words therapy through art and creativity, will allow you to know yourself better, to express and manage your emotions, to heal your wounds, to develop your potential, to improve your self-esteem, to let go. .. So many subjects on which I accompany you thanks to tools such as drawing, painting, collage, writing-therapy, but also exchange, speech, reflection, communication... The art therapy techniques that I generally use during my workshops are Art Journal and Zentangle. During the workshops, after having made your creations you will observe them, your way of structuring the space, of arranging the forms, of using the colors, of associating the ideas, in order to thus manage to give meaning to your creation and to draw inspiration from it to make the desired changes in your life. During the workshops, I help the people I accompany to express what they feel, to discover who they are and to connect with their inner resources and their creativity, and this in non-judgment, and acceptance. of their creations. In my job, I have at heart to offer everyone a sensitive, free and deep space of expression thanks to various creative tools in order to allow them to grow in themselves confidence, benevolence and joy of living. An “art journal” is an Anglo-Saxon term which designates a notebook in which you express yourself creatively with the tools of your choice (color, words, drawings, scribbles, collages, etc.). It's a kind of art therapy workshop. Keeping an art journal has many virtues. To name just a few, art journaling allows you to express yourself other than with words, develop your creativity, take time for yourself, listen to your intuition, discover and test new ideas. creative materials (felt pens, pastels, paints, inks...), enjoy the present moment by concentrating on the action of filling out a page... This is a powerful tool that can bring us a lot of daily well-being, this is the reason why I offer art therapy workshops. There is no need to be gifted in art, drawing, or painting to participate in my art therapy workshops, you just have to let the unconscious express itself through this tool.
