I am a physical movement teacher (beginner) excited to share my knowledge and enthusiasm about sports in general and yoga in particular. I have practiced track and field professionally for 10 year, after which I explored different sports from fitness, dancing, yoga, acroyoga, bouldering, wall-climbing and jiu-jitsu.

I teach yoga for beginners with a focus on improving posture, strength and flexibility. Apart from this, I integrate elements of breathing and meditation for a complete practice. If required, I give advice on other methods of improving strength and physical movement, decreasing tension and stress in the body, facilitate movement and bring relaxation. Nutrition aspects and lifestyle tips can also be discussed for weight loss, good digestion and general well-being.
