Having (had) direct contact with English and German, I also anchor my lessons in the cultural reality of each of these languages by talking about current topics, using new technologies or starting from popular culture to give meaning to what I teach, so that the student sees the direct use he/she can make of his/her language knowledge. After all, in an increasingly globalized world, languages are lived and are no longer just forms frozen in books several years old. I am therefore focused on the students and, even if I also want to pass on my passion to them, my point of honor is to be able to understand them and understand their real difficulties/desires in order to be able to create a course adapted to each one.
