I've been playing and studying piano since age 6 (over 25 years ago). I began with classical music, and later added Ragtime, Jazz, Blues, Pop, Rock, and Chord theory. I successfully prepared the students with their Piano Exams like ABRSM, Trinity Grade, from grade 1-8, with merits and distinctions, and more advanced exams as well (Performance Diplomas). I teach for the Enjoyment of Music as well. I believe you can learn to play the piano at any age. My oldest student is over 75 years old and my youngest one has 3 years old. They made great progress, I am sure you could do the same. I've never met anyone who didn't have musical abilities! You can be a serious or a recreational player. The only requirement is the willingness to spend some time at the piano. I conduct my lessons using a combination of 4 cameras for optimum visibility, and a quality microphone which my students find very helpful. This allows them to see a very clear visual demonstration alongside my verbal explanation. I can confidently say that Online Lessons are the same as In-Person Lessons. CURRICULUM I do not believe one method works for all students. I have used many different lesson books and resources over the years. For beginners I like to use Alfred method books for basics concepts and for Classical and Jazz Piano technique I like to use ABRSM books (grade 1-8). If my student feels that they can learn better from another books, I am glad to adapt my teaching strategies to their needs. Along with the lesson books below, I use a lot of supplemental materials based on the students' interests. I also aim to teach their favorite songs as soon as possible. I like to clearly explain and demonstrate piano technique. In this way, the students are able to apply the information on similar passages from all genres of music. I started my career as an English language teacher in 2008 and soon became very passionate about language learning and teaching. This culminated in a Masters degree in second-language acquisition and a CELTA Certificate from Dundee College. I specialised in Trinity and Cambridge exams and also in conversational English for practical and everyday use. After many years overseas, both teaching and examining English, I have returned to Spain and am available to share my extensive experience and expertise in all aspects of English. I currently work as an Aviation teacher in a school in Alicante where I have taught for some years. My teaching approach is student-centred and communicative, where learning is a positive experience in a relaxed and fun atmosphere. All my students are encouraged to speak as much as possible to increase fluency. Professionalism, patience and a good sense of humour guaranteed! All lesson materials are provided free of charge. I teach using a mixture of coursebook material , whiteboard presentations, listening activities, video clips and general speaking practice. While my classes are 100% in English, I can also speak Spanish and some Italian words. This gives me a real insight as to why students make certain mistakes, and how to best avoid them. Anh really knows what he’s doing, not only he is expert in math, but as well excellent in his teaching technique. My son told me that he understood better and much easier with the technique taught by Anh. My son is junior school level, but wanting to learn bit advanced math compared to the topics he’s learning at school. He’s looking forward to having more learning with Anh and we booked immediately for 10 lessons.

Maria is an excellent teacher who can adapt her teaching style according to her student. My daughter and I both had lessons with her and we both found the lessons both enjoyable and challenging. We both feel we made progress. My daughter has had several tutors over the years and thinks Maria is, for her, perfect. She makes the lessons fun while having a structure and aim for each lesson so progress is always made.

I study Statistics with her, and it is not at all my strong suit, however, Natalia made it possible for me to pass courses that otherwise I would have not been able to pass.
