I teach keyboards including piano, synth, organ, electric piano as well as percussion and vocals. I teach composition, arrangement and production and tend to use my voice a lot to realize melodic and rhythmic ideas with great piano support. I have developed a technique to arrange and produce with the "beatbox" as well. I think it's important to motivate students with projects live or in the studio, preferably with other musicians. I also teach aural training in recognizing intervals between notes, rhythmic and melodic dictation, and recognizing chords and keys. I teach improvisation on keyboards, voice or percussion using methods that involve scales and melodic patterns applied in practice.
