Not everyone has mastered the right learning method. That's why I first work with the student to determine what's causing them to struggle with math. Once that's been done, I'll help the student figure out how best to approach it. Then, I explain using the material provided by the school, paying particular attention to the material the student finds difficult. Practice is crucial in this subject, and we'll do plenty of that in addition to clarifying the theory. If I receive the material in advance, I always prepare my tutoring sessions. This way, I can optimally assist the student to ensure high-quality tutoring. I'll also make it clear upfront that there are no stupid questions with me. I'll always be understanding if you're having trouble or perhaps don't have something from previous years handy. There's always a reason why you're requesting tutoring, and I'll always support you through any difficulties.
