If you are stepping new into your yoga journey or if you would like to deepen your practice, I will be thrilled to support you on this beautiful journey.
The classes will be specially designed and customized depending on your needs, body type, practice and state of mind. Providing you with the tools you need to gain confidence in your practice and be able to create simple sequences by yourself. And you if you love arm balancing and inversions I will happy to help you to achieve a safe practice.
- Vinyasa Power Flow: are very creative sequences for beginners and intermediate yogis, moving on fluid fas-paced through different yoga postures
- Yin Yoga: is the best counter yoga style for vinyasa - power flow lovers, focusing on stretching to increase the circulation of the joints and inprove flexibility
- Chair Yoga: This type of yoga is suitable for 65+ the postures are modified so they can be done while seated (to get an extra support)
With a rooted background in anatomy and biomechanics this fact has enriched my ability to teach and practice safe clases always keeping in mind the anatomical movement happening in every posture or asana.

I'm a certified 200 hour Yoga Teacher Trainer - certified to teach Ashatanga, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative and Chair Yoga with a continuous aducation in Ayurveda (Science of life)

I've been practicing yoga for the past 6 years, participating on a regular base to yoga retreats abroad (e.g. Croatia, Cambodia, Barcelona, USA)
