My courses are aimed at all levels, from 6th to 12th grade. I also give courses from Bac+1 to Bac+3 for students in history or related courses. From 2021 to 2023, I had the opportunity to teach courses in methodology, historiography and French language at Sorbonne University. These courses, aimed at 1st year history undergraduate students, led me to support a total of 130 students of very different levels and profiles (including those with disabilities). This diversity allows me today to adapt to all students. Currently preparing for the history aggregation, my hybrid status as a student and future teacher allows me to take into account both the realities of the one who studies and the expectations of the one who corrects. I therefore make it a point of honor that the student progresses while gaining self-confidence. The courses for middle/high school are structured according to the needs of the student (identified in the 1st session): revisions with exercises in anticipation of a test, support and writing advice for an assignment due, debriefing on submitted copies and corrected, reinforcement in French language and method (dissertation and commentary, in particular the introductions!)... Classes are preferably held in person. It is also essential that the student is monitored regularly (at least once/two weeks) in order to establish a relationship of trust with him and build his long-term progress.

My goal is to keep students feeling motivated and engaged in the lesson. Feeling more confident in geography will help boost the moral going forward whether they go into doing general exams or SATs or GCSEs or start College. It can seem a lot but I will introduce it slowly so it does not become daunting and homework slowly introduced after the lessons. In each lesson you will learn a variety of skills and knowledge depending on what I have planned and you are more than welcome to give me work that you have been struggling on so it can be put into the lesson to go through together and practice and learn. This will be based on the school year. It may be from writing notes, drawing and annotating diagrams or maybe drawing shapes. This will always be an interactive lessons as you shouldn’t feel uncomfortable to ask questions.

Student in the first years of medicine, I want to help students improve their skills and allow the learning of poorly mastered concepts. My goal is to help the student progress without overloading him, to prepare him as well as possible for these evaluations and to make him appreciate these subjects, which can seem complicated. Hello, my name is Kate and I am a first-year student at the University of Toronto, majoring in political science and double minoring in European Affairs and Human Geography. I've attended the British School in the Netherlands and have completed both my GCSE's and the IB. During my GCSE's I took separate sciences, spanish, english literature, maths, drama and geography with grades ranging from 6-9. In IB I took higher level english literature, geography, spanish and standard level maths applications and interpretations, psychology and biology. My predicted was 39 and I've recieved 34 points in total with acceptance from universities like University College London, Kings College London, University of Toronto, Leiden University, Amsterdam University, Maastricht and I passed the Oxford exam.
