I am a musician by passion and researcher by profession. I have been playing flute for more than 10 years now and I specialize in Indian Classical music.
This class will be for beginners who are starting to play transverse Indian flute and are not aware of the basics of playing and want to have some adventures into classical music theories.
There will be interesting experimentation sessions as well where we will try to mix different styles of music and develop new hybrid styles.

This course is for beginners and intermediates who want to play the traditional Indian transverse bamboo flute. The course will start with basic fingering techniques and some fundamental theories of Hindustani classical music, which is based on melodic structures called raaga. Later, we will explore some beginner raagas, like Yaman, Bhopali, etc.
