I offer homework help and academic support for primary school students in a calm and supportive environment (in English or French).

My lessons focus on helping students understand their lessons, complete their homework efficiently, and prepare for tests. I adapt my explanations to each student’s level and learning pace, using clear and engaging methods.

I also help students develop good study habits, improve concentration, and gain confidence in their abilities.

Classes can be adapted to the student’s school program and specific needs.

PS: Online lessons are possible. Please note that I am currently experiencing technical issues with my webcam. Lessons can be conducted without camera for the moment, and I will inform students once video is available.

Often there is not enough time in school to repeat the content and practice enough, for the students to gain confidence and a routine in solving mathematical problems. With my help and guidance, any confusion will be cleared and we will practice problem solving until you are confident and understand the material.

The lessons will be tailored to your needs and their structure depends highly on you: usually it is a mixture of repeating the content, solving exercises together, summarising important concepts and talking about exercises you tried yourself at home. Learning a foreign language is not a linear process that consists of memorising a list of words, and speaking a foreign language is not an oral translation exercise.

There are two types of approaches to acquiring knowledge:

When asked what year follows 1999, you can immediately answer 2000 without having to think for a long time and, above all, without having memorised each number individually, starting with 1, 2, 3 ...
