About Me
I come from Poland and I am studying conducting at the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz and the Academy of Music in Katowice. Music plays a central role in my life – I play the piano, violin, and organ. I am passionate about teaching various aspects of music, such as music theory, music history, musical forms, and the basics of conducting. I prefer to teach in English, but I can also try in German. I look forward to working together on your musical goals!
Education
Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice:

My studies at the Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice, one of the most prestigious music academies in Poland, form the foundation of my musical education. As a student in the symphonic and operatic conducting program, under the guidance of Dr. hab. Szymon Bywalec, I am acquiring the comprehensive skills needed to conduct both symphony orchestras and operatic ensembles. The academy places a strong emphasis on the interpretation of musical works, score analysis, and conducting practice, allowing me to develop not only my technical abilities but also my artistic expression.

During my studies, I have had the opportunity to work with renowned musicians and professors, and I have participated in numerous masterclasses led by distinguished conductors such as Prof. Tomasz Bugaj and Anna Duczmal-Mróz. The academy also provides a rich program of practical training with orchestras, giving me valuable experience in conducting ensembles in real concert settings.

Universität für Musik und darstellende Kunst Graz (KUG):

Continuing my education at the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz in Austria, I have had the chance to expand my musical horizons on an international level. This institution, known for its highest artistic standards, offers advanced programs in conducting, allowing me to develop in areas such as conducting technique, working with orchestras, and in-depth analysis of musical compositions.

Studying at KUG not only involves working with distinguished professors like Dr. Wolfgang Dörner but also collaborating with various artistic ensembles and orchestras. My participation in the Erasmus program in Graz has opened new perspectives for international collaboration and has enriched my understanding of different styles and approaches to music interpretation. Graz, with its rich cultural heritage, inspires me to explore new artistic paths.
Experience / Qualifications
I am an accomplished conductor and musician from Poland, currently studying conducting at the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz (KUG) and the Academy of Music in Katowice. My musical journey began early, with formal training in piano, violin, and organ, instruments I have mastered and continue to perform with.

Throughout my career, I have worked with numerous professional ensembles and orchestras, including the Silesian Chamber Orchestra, the Elbląg Chamber Orchestra, and the Musical Theatre Arte Creatura. Additionally, I’ve had the honor of collaborating with esteemed conductors such as Prof. Rafał Delekta, Prof. Tomasz Bugaj, and Anna Duczmal-Mróz, refining my skills in symphonic and operatic conducting.

In parallel to my conducting career, I have cultivated a deep passion for teaching. My expertise extends to music theory, music history, musical forms, and the fundamentals of conducting. I take a holistic approach to music education, focusing not only on the technical aspects but also on the artistic interpretation of musical works. While I prefer to teach in English, I am also able to conduct lessons in German when needed.

As president of the Maxime Association, I have been responsible for organizing concerts, festivals, and educational projects that engage musicians and audiences alike. My leadership experience includes coordinating large-scale events, managing volunteers, and fostering artistic collaboration between diverse cultural organizations, such as recent partnerships with institutions in Malta.

This blend of performance, education, and leadership experience makes me uniquely qualified to guide others in their musical journeys, whether they are looking to refine their skills as musicians or pursue deeper knowledge in the field of music.
