    I have been in the fitness and therapy world for more than 30 years. I slowly learnt by surrounding myself with amazing teachers and traveling through the world. I am a certified Pilates instructor and Master Trainer ( I teach teachers), I started doing that with Stott Pilates in Canada. (this is where I am from).
    I am a certified Rolfing Therapist, Movement and posture therapist you could say. Movement is my passion.
