Each session is structured but flexible, starting with a quick review, introducing new content, followed by practice and a short recap at the end. I hold a Diploma in Hospitality Management and have experience working in customer-facing roles such as front office and hosting, as well as virtual assistance. This has helped me develop strong communication skills and the ability to interact with people from different cultures—skills I now bring into my teaching.
