I have been offering personalized tutoring in Mathematics (French or Eur. System) since ~ 2001. I use modern educational tools and follow up with parents to assess progress. In practice, the courses are oriented towards coaching, stress management, confidence re-building ... in addition to support in Mathematics, homework help, methodology ... I have long been interested in cognitive science to help students how-to "learn to learn", better memorize, better communicate with teachers. I work most often with students 1 or 2 years before the Graduation (10th to 12th grade) until 1 or 2 years after graduation (Bachelor - College).

I am a female student from South Korea studying in the University of Hong Kong - Biomedical Science I can teach Chemistry and Biology up to A Levels and Maths up to IGCSEs (A*A*A - A Level result) I had offers from all the universities I have applied - including all , my 5 UCAS choices ( Imperial College London, UCL, Kings College London… etc) and Universities from Hong Kong, such as HKU, CUHK, HKUST, PolyU with selective interviews. I am available to tutor students currently studying Maths, Physics or Chemistry remotely online. Physics -physics It is one of the branches of science that specializes in studying the structure of matter, as it is concerned with all aspects of nature on the visible and micro levels. In physics, we study many topics related to matter, energy, charges, and others. I am interested in teaching physics so that the information reaches the student completely.

During my high school education in Portugal, I found myself unchallenged and unmotivated by the math curriculum. Seven years later, as a mathematician at the beginning of my academic career, I think I'm an ideal tutor for students in a similar position—interested in math but not quite finding what they need at school. I'm also available to help more advanced students (from university or beyond) who need advice and direction on university-level topics. Additionally, I'm happy to help adults who need help restarting their mathematical education or filling in gaps in their understanding. I'm interested in talking about anything mathematical, from linear inequalities to Hilbert's Nullstellensatz. I'm also familiar with computer science, both in theory and practice. I can easily take the reins and "lecture" on most topics but would prefer to steer towards whatever the student finds interesting. I strongly believe that learning math is an active, creative process.

I am a teacher of mathematics and I give extra hours for private lessons in science subjects. These courses are intended primarily for cycle and college students in Geneva, students in private schools and people who have passed this stage but need to upgrade for professional needs. I prefer to know the student and the long-term follow-up for more efficiency, I also give exam preparation courses but it is more difficult for me to help a student that I do not know well.
