I have just finished my master's degree in Language Sciences at the Lumière Lyon 2 University, in the Language Sciences course (validated with an average of 18). I did my BA in Comparative Linguistics and Literature, and Applied Foreign Languages at Galatasaray University, the only French-speaking university in Turkey (Mention very well, validation of the university in 5th position). I worked for two years (2017--2019) in a language center (FLE course and English course). I did internships in public high schools in order to obtain my pedagogical training. I did all my education in English (English school + English high school). Thus, I have been giving English lessons to students of all ages since 2010. Recently, I have prepared students for the PIPPLET and TOEIC exams. Since 2019, I have students from CM1 to 1ère that I follow and to whom I give additional lessons as tutoring. I am an Irish guy of 26 years old, who studied mathematics and philosophy at University. I have also had 5 pieces published, that were written for a theatre company in Ireland who commissioned me. So I have a very high level of English - I love reading and I write a lot, regularly. My experience teaching English is also growing by the week; at the moment I am giving three English classes. One is to two sisters, of 9 and 4 years old, another is to a 32 year old architect who wants to hone his skills before entering a competition to go to America, and the other is to a married couple, ages 28 and 30, who work as doctors and want to improve their English. I offer private English lessons for all levels. Student in Master 2 at the ENS de Lyon to become a language teacher, I like to shape my courses according to the person I have in front of me to offer an adapted and effective learning. For teenagers, I like to go through play for part of my lessons to bring a playful relationship to the language and make people forget the difficulties. I also like to work on the oral which is often lacking in lessons at school. I graduated with a bachelor's degree in English and I want to make students love this subject, give them confidence in themselves and in their abilities. English being a living language, the practice of oral is important. Grammar is therefore a tool that allows us to achieve the goal: to speak English. I resume the lessons seen in class from another angle; instead of following the classic method: lesson then application exercises; I present different examples and it's up to the student to analyze them and deduce the grammar rule. English is the most used language in the world to date and knowing how to speak English is for my part essential. In college I hated English I was the worst but I learned to love English at the beginning of the 3rd thanks to the series and music and I learned to speak English in one year thanks to the courses of course but also thanks to the American series that I watched in VO. Je peux enseigner tous niveaux puisque je parle l'anglais couramment. Student with dual French-British nationality, I come back to Lyon after 3 years working in the United Kingdom, to do a double course of studies in management and languages (Spanish). English being my native language, since my high school I have been used to teaching English to students of all levels (small children from 3 years old up to adult conversation classes).
