As an English teacher, I teach my students to speak, read, write, understand and of course the grammar. My goals are: ◦ Motivate students for the subject of English. ◦ Thinking along within the section to further develop the lessons. ◦ Prepare lessons ◦ Prepare lesson plans ◦ compiling, planning, administering, marking and discussing tests. ◦ give homework after each lesson. ◦ Align student learning needs with lessons. Keeping calm and making kids feel like they are good enough no matter what helps them make good progress to book. Because I am genuinely interested in my students, I get a personal bond. This bond creates confidence, which allows me to teach them better.
