English is the language that the world has chosen for international communication. Why ? English over time has replaced the French of diplomacy since the Second World War, although its importance at the international level had not ceased to be presented to the world since 1919, during the Treaty of Versailles (written as soon as in English and French.) However, the widespread use of English has been brought to the fore by the economic importance of the Anglo-Saxon countries and their consequent population, which we can still see today.
