I started classes with Madeira in preparation for an interview to a French Medical School. While I had a fairly okay level of French already, Madeira really helped me polish my language skills and achieve the level of refinement and ease in my formal conversational skills which I needed for my interview. She was able to expertly identify what areas I needed to improve upon, and through her exercises and feedback I was able to greatly improve my oral skills. Madeira was also incredibly receptive to any requests that I had regarding things which I wanted to work on, and she went above and beyond in helping me understand technical portions of French grammar with which I have always had issues. Overall, I strongly recommend Madeira as a French teacher to anyone attempting to improve on their French skills.

My introduction lesson with her was very positive. She was clairly spoken and explained very well. Her level of English is outstanding. She was very engaging and the lesson proceeded at a good tempo. She asked questions about me which I had to tell in French (of course! ) and I felt comfortable through the lesson with her. I have learned from the lesson and I'll be looking forward to my next lesson with her.

Aurore is an amazing teacher. She is patient, funny, always well-prepared and organized and such a nice person overall. She gives great examples and always makes sure I understand the topic before moving on. I look forward to every lesson with her. It is a shame that I cannot give her more than the maximum 5 stars because she deserves at least 10.
