Hello!
I’m Alessandro, I graduated in Pescara and Bologna conservatories in piano and chamber music and in harpsichord at the regional conservatory of Paris and at the Royal Conservatoire of The Hague.
I’m offering piano, harpsichord, basso continuo and music theory lessons for beginners and advanced in English, French and Italian.
As for harpsichord, in my lessons we can work on solo repertoire and learn how to create a beautiful sound and make the instrument resonate at its best; if you want to focus on basso continuo we can start a step by step method that will make you understrand the way baroque composers used to accompany other instruments and singers. Furthermore, to enrich our lessons I will also provide insight on history of music.
As for piano, we can work on pieces you like and on repertoire combined with some technique exercises to improve your skills; furthermore, I will also provide insight on solfege, harmony and history of music.
I’m really excited to start working with you!
