Ballet Inspired Workouts from ex dancer for adults

Hi everyone! Have you always been mesmerized by the elegance and grace of ballet dancers but never had the chance to practice ballet yourself? Here is your chance to improve your posture and flexibility by joining my ballet inspired workout classes. My workouts are specially tailored for adults to prevent any injuries while elongating your limbs and perfecting your posture.

The classes do not involve dancing, but they are similar to the ballet warming exercises dancers practice in ballet companies before performing for a show. A professional ballet dancer is a rare athlete who has joints and limbs which are flexible beyond imagination because they start training when they are very little and they never stop. Their turnout and flexibility is not possible for many of us and therefore your body will be the focus and limit in our classes.

For beginners, you do not need any special ballet training gear. A simple t-shirt and tights, or leg warmers are fine!

If you are a shy person who prefers the privacy of their own home for workouts, this is the right class for you!

I am currently living in Tokyo and I can travel to your home if you are living in central Tokyo
