My guitar classes are shaped around you—your musical taste, your goals, and the way you learn best.

Whether you’re into rock, metal, pop, blues, or anything in between, we’ll use the music you love as the foundation of your progress. I blend technique with practical music theory so everything makes sense on the fretboard.
Along the way, we’ll explore triads and tetrads, pentatonic scales and modes, chord and arpeggio shapes, harmonic fields, the circle of fifths, and core techniques like tapping, sweep, alternate, and economy picking—always in a clear, musical, and approachable way.

I’ve been a guitarist since 1998 and studied Popular Guitar at FAAM and Music Pedagogy at UFSCAR in Brazil. In 2025, I graduated with First Class Honours from the University of West London.
Alongside teaching, I’ve always been active as a composer, recording artist, and performing guitarist in numerous bands. Since 2016, I’ve owned and composed for Arken, a heavy metal band with three albums released.

The main outcome of my classes is to help you truly own the instrument—playing comfortably, confidently, and improvise musically. From there, you’ll be able to learn and play any songs you want, and even create your own music if that’s your goal.
Beginners and advanced players are equally welcome. No matter your style or experience, I’m confident I can guide you toward the skills you need to play with confidence and enjoyment.

As a guitar teacher, I begin by understanding each student’s level and musical taste. This combination allows me to design a clear and effective strategy to develop both technical skills and musicianship.

My first guitar teacher gave me the most important lesson of all: to love the instrument—to enjoy practicing and playing. I believe this is above every other aspect of learning, because it helps students experience their progress with pleasure and fulfillment rather than struggle.
That is my ultimate goal: to make students enjoy the learning process and, at the right moment, feel confident to continue their own journey through music.

My name is Jason and I've been playing guitar for over ten years. I studied music at University in the UK and went on to complete a Masters in Music Composition. After finishing my studies, I turned my attention to live performance. Over the past few years I have been working primarily as a session musician and guitar tutor in and around the London area, UK. As well as teaching guitar I have performed in jazz ensembles, accompanied vocalists, hosted jam sessions and recorded with various artists whilst also occasionally working in musical theatre and improvisation projects. I now reside in Luxembourg where I teach guitar.

Although I specialise in jazz and Brazilian guitar, I teach a wide range of styles including pop, rock, blues and classical. Whether you're just starting out with guitar or you're a more experienced player, I can help guide you in the right direction with your practice. I'm 15 years old. I've been playing guitar since I was 8 years old. I'm a student at the Luxembourg Conservatory, class 6 specialized. In May 2023 I took part in the Concours National pour Jeunes Gitarristes and received a silver certificate (Certificat argent).

Je m'appelle Victor, guitariste depuis plus de 11 ans, compositeur et titulaire d’un Diplôme d’État en Musicologie, une formation universitaire (bac+3) centrée sur le solfège et l’histoire de la musique. Je propose des cours de guitare personnalisés pour tous les âges et tous les niveaux, du débutant au musicien plus avancé.

Je suis également actif dans deux projets musicaux : Locklam (duo acoustique, folk, chanson française) et Lost Souls (groupe de métal), avec lesquels j’ai participé à de nombreux concerts.
