Hi! My name is Alberto. I am a clarinetist graduated from Codarts University of the Arts (Rotterdam) with the prestigious clarinetist Julien Hervé. I have always had a deep interest in chamber music, teaching and improvisation, and I would love to be able to share this passion with you. I offer music classes for all levels. Trained in the Willems teaching methodology and with extensive teaching experience with both children and adults, I want to help you to know or expand your musical knowledge. The objective of my classes is to be able to show all the possibilities that music offers, adapting to the needs of each student. In this way we can cover from the clarinet technique to music theory, passing through other musical styles such as Klezmer music, Jazz, basic piano technique or learning to play the bass clarinet. I have a lot of experience teaching cello and for me, the most important thing in my lessons is learn well and enjoy. Ussually, my lesson programme is start with a short warm up (technique exercises) to continue with different cello pieces chosen by the students. I have a lot of pop and actual music cello pieces for all levels. In addition, I'm familiar with methods like ABRSM, Suzuki, Feuillard, Duport, Popper and Piatti.
