Having studied the horn at the Brussels Conservatory, I offer music theory / musical training courses for all ages from 7 years old, for levels ranging from beginner to first year of conservatory. I am now a student in psychology at UGent, and I intensively continue music (horn and cello) in parallel.

The course method, inspired by the Agostini school (French method used in French and Belgian academies and conservatories) is divided between technique and drums. At the rate of one session each we will focus once on technique and movements outside the drums (on pads) and the other time on the drums and the application of technique and movements. -> The technique lessons and the movements will be those of the so-called 'Moeller technique' that I learned through his direct lineage of student. -> The drum lessons are greatly inspired by the pedagogy of the M.A.I. (Music Academy International - Nancy (fr)) and in particular that of Richard-Paul Morellini, renowned instructor. The courses are complete, in-depth but above all specifically thought of to be progressive. They are suitable for children from 7 years old as well as adults of all ages. => Particular attention is paid to the movements and their correct application, to the total independence of the limbs and finally to an understanding of the rhythm and its theory. My main goal is to give the student complete control behind the drums and skills to be able to self-learn any piece in any musical style. 1 hour of weekly lessons are never enough, they should only be used to fuel the passion that will make you play at home more and more. On demand or for advancs students: - I am very passionate about the study of South American rhythms. Due to their complexity, apart from the samba and Baïon ostinatos, they are not included in the program before the advanced level. They can be at the request of the student. - I am also specialized in metal (musical style) and double pedal. The latter is not included in the program unless requested by the student. The double pedal courses are based on the methodology of Virgil Donati. The method I use in my singing lessons is divided into two main parts: the technique and the repertoire. In vocal technique, we will work on specific aspects such as the anatomy of the phonatory apparatus, its functioning, breathing, vocal emission, extension exercises, vocal register, vocal agility and vocal hygiene. . In the repertoire, we will mainly work on songs that help and support the development of everyone's artistic personality, and we will choose songs that can help the student acquire new vocal language and vocal cues. My teaching method is based on my experience and knowledge acquired in 13 years of study and research. I base my playing and teaching on the reknown methods of Marcel Moyse, Trevor Wye,Peter Lukas Graf, Giampaolo Pretto. I strongly believe that a varied technique routine along with creativity, curiosity and research on classical music and flute repertoire is all what needed to become a good musician and to enjoy playing the flute. After having completed my musical studies and obtained my degree in Italy, in 2017 I moved to Brussels to keep studying in a more international enviroment. After one semester in Erasmus in Germany, where I could study under the guide of flutist Ms. Gaby Pas-Van Riet, I am actually enrolled at the Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussels as a Master student in the class of Mr. Carlos Bruneel. Before moving to Belgium, I was for 2 years assistant of my former Italian flute teacher at "Conservatorio G. Nicolini" of Piacenza, where I had the opportunity to teach to younger beginner flutist.

I am a Dutch violinist, and since 2013 I have been giving violin lessons, mainly to children and young people, at all levels. I work with methods and repertoire that match the age and level of the student. Because I am a classically trained musician myself, my focus in repertoire is more on classical music. A special interest of mine goes to teaching children of preschool age. My method for this age has an auditory approach: based on what we can hear and sing, we learn to play and eventually write and read. My experience is that in this way hearing is directly developed and also the understanding of musical notation is better nurtured. Lessons can be given in Dutch or English.

Harp lessons for all levels. Martina began her studies in O.Respighi Conservatory of Music in Italy, where she got her degree in harp with maximum points. Following her studies she went to the Royal Conservatory of Brussels where she obtained her Bachelor degree in 2014, and in 2016 Master degree with High Distinction. In July 2017 she also got her pedagogical master "Master Didactique en Harpe" and the title for "Agrégation du domaine de la musique" at the Conservatoire Royal de Bruxelles.
