Having the longest documented history of any Indo-European language, the Greek language holds a very important place in the history of the Western World. As a native speaker of Greek and holding a BA in History and Archaeology from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, as well as an MA and a PhD in Classical Archaeology from the same University, I am ready to help you learn Greek effectively. Either being a beginner or an advanced student, you can get acquainted with the Greek Language and Culture or penetrate its mysteries through intensive or specialized courses. Having a ---more than 20 years--- experience in Teaching Greek for children and adults, I would be glad to share my passion for the Greek language, Ancient and Modern alike, through courses built upon each student's level, motivation and learning needs. I speak Spanish to intermediate level, and a little Greek and Arabic. I have a first class bachelors degree in English Literature and Sociology from The University of Leeds in the UK. I have experience teaching all levels from children as young as 5 years old to proficiency level students. I have taught many different exam boards including IELTS, Cambridge, Trinity and Michigan so I can prepare you for your exams. My lessons are tailor made for my students.
