Like any form of creative expression, music has its rules, rooted in perception and in the context around us.

We will be able to work on fundamental concepts of musical expression, valid in all genres and also delve into the area that interests you the most (baroque, classical, pop, jazz...)

My course has a non-academic approach and it is open to all: whether you are professionals who want to deepen their musical knowledge, or you are amateurs or beginners we can build the perfect course for you and that will allow you to express yourself or simply to better understand the music you are listening to.

The only thing I highly recommend is knowing how to read music, because it allows us to go much faster. If you are not able, we can start there.

Special viola de gamba course in Paris by an international musician.

I tour a lot in Europe as a chamber musician and as a soloist. My repertoire ranges from the Middle Ages to contemporary music.
In addition to my activities as an artist, I love to teach, to open the fascinating world of the viola da gamba to people.
I have had students for many years and now I want to build a class here in Paris.

All levels
I teach in French, German, English, Czech and Dutch

I studied at the Konservatorium Wien Privatuniversität, at the Schola Cantorum Basiliensis (Bale), at the Utrecht Conservatory and at the Amsterdam Conservatory. I graduated my studies with a Bachelor, as well as a Master (cum laude).
I play (and teach) the whole family of the viola da gamba, including the old and the violone on the floor.

Bio

Dominic was born on 1.April 1988 in Wels (Austria).

Music always was a big thing in his life. At the age of 14 years he first got in touch with turntables and vinyl and started to learn all about DJíng. With 16 years he started his first own event in Wels which was a huge success for him.
Then he got in touch with a few people organizing monthly clubbings (Electronic Music) named "Club Forum" for Kulturverein Waschaecht in Wels. After a few years he played a lot at local venues in austria mostly "Drum&Bass;". He played under several aliases like (Techdrux, Elec.Drux, Dominique).

In 2008 he took a little break from music and started working in the private industry. 2012 was a big change for him because his brother died from cancer which got him finally back to focus on music. From 2014-2016 he released some unofficial bootlegs on soundcloud which immediately got 26 thousand plays, a thousand likes and over 1300 downloads (overall). He also entered some remix contests for (J.LO & Pitbull, Jamie Lidell, Chromeo).

Then in 2016 he started a podcast on iTunes which is focused on "Electronic Music" called "SENSUAL ADDICTION". Now he has reached over 6000 listeners worldwide. In June 2016 Apple Authors/Curators featured his podcast on their "New & Noteworthy" section in the category "Music".

In February he got an email from an label from chicago to remix one of their artists for their new album (Jason Maek & Zaena - Birthday), which was released for free on MAEK Music.

He founded his own record label which is called "SE7EN DAYZ", where he started releasing his own music.

Orl#ndo ́s Debut Single "Dance (With Your Love)" is out on 1. April 2018 worldwide everywhere. In January 2018 his debut remix for "Kosheen" released on Apple Music worldwide.Afterwards his second remix for "A-Trak & Jamie Lidell" has been released exclusive on Apple Music in Scandinavia. His third remix this year for "Moby" is out now only on Apple Music in Canada on Universal Music. In March 2018 his remix for Red Carpet ́s Classic "Alright" released which is out now worldwide on Apple Music. Recent remix for "Whitney Houston" is also out now worldwide on Apple Music.

Now he ́s working on his debut album.

Holder of a Master of Music from the Conservatorium van Amsterdam, in composition and singing. I enriched my teaching skills by working as a research assistant at the Haute école de musique de Genève (HEM). As a music educator and researcher, I have led masterclasses at university level (Haute école de musique de Genève, Koninklijk Conservatorium Antwerpen) and lecture-recitals (Biennale Baroque Genève, Goldsmiths-University of London, Université de Genève-Musicologie), while continuing my own artistic production. As a composer, I have collaborated with ensembles such as Ensemble Contrechamps and Nieuw Ensemble, as well as with highly recognized institutions such as the Greek National Opera, Neuköllner Oper Berlin and the Athens Music Palace. As a singer, I have worked with the Greek National Opera, Operadagen Rotterdam, the Onassis House of Arts and Letters, and have performed contemporary works in world premieres and European tours.
