I'm half French, half Chinese. I'm 35 years old, married and have a 4 and half daughter. We speak mostly English at home. I currently have 4 students between the ages of 9 - 40. I adapt my classes according to the level and needs of students. Furthermore, I create my own lesson plans, around comprehension/reading/pronunciation/videos/dialogues, a little bit of grammar, etc. I try to adapt as much as possible to the students needs.

Hi I am Ritu ( from India ) and currently in Paris for my 6 months semester exchange program. I am here for my studies as already mentioned and meanwhile, I am open to work or teaching to kids/teenagers. I have a fluent command over English language and open to drive the teaching in the same direction. I used to teach the kids back in India and that proved to be a wonderful experience for me. In my class we will focus on vocabulary and grammar, we will watch films in English and dissect the language in it.

I have always enjoyed sharing my solid knowledge with my friends. Very attentive, I always take the time to explain concepts that have not been acquired or understood. Having had the opportunity to travel abroad several times, I was able to develop a solid foundation in foreign languages (Chinese and English). My learning method consists first of all in answering questions that the student asks about concepts that he or she may not have understood. Then, I suggest we do exercises together to deepen their knowledge.

English isn’t my mother tongue, but I felt in love with the language when I discovered series, films and interviews, and I would like to share that passion with to children I will take care of (it doesn’t mean I will let them watch a lot of videos without any content.)

But I think learning with subtitles is very entertaining and useful, that is how I went to A2 level in English, to C1 level of my university.

Based on the classes of your children, or the website for documentation NPR, I will offer to help the better I can, to learn some basics, the oral approach, the written comprehension, to learn each day a few more useful words.
