With my medical knowledge skills I took many classes for communication, paraphrasing, active listing etc. The psychology, body knowledge and how the brain works (neurology) has all been thought to me during my medical training. I would like to put my skills out there that I have obtained together with my sports’ and nutrition qualification to help other people acheive their goals and their potential. People struggling with weight, to do lists, procrastination, bringing an idea out there or developing their business plan can contact me. I will be doing extra certifications in order to obtain more experience on top of what I have. This is why my prices are adapted for people that want to help me get further experienced in coaching.

With a deep passion for both education and wellness, I've cultivated a unique blend of expertise that I bring to each of my classes. My journey began in the classroom as a dedicated substitute teacher in primary education, where I honed my ability to connect with and inspire young minds.
My true passion, however, lies in defying gravity with FlyHigh Yoga. As a certified 50-Hour FlyHigh Yoga teacher, I specialize in helping students find freedom and relief from spinal tension through aerial yoga. The feeling of hanging upside down, weightless and relaxed, is something I’m excited to share with you.
To further enhance my teaching, I have completed my Barre Method Teacher on Training, blending strength, grace, and mindfulness into every class.
With over 300 hours of teaching experience across five yoga studios and numerous private sessions, I offer a well-rounded, informed approach to yoga. Whether you're looking to deepen your practice, prevent injury, or simply explore the joy of movement, my classes are designed to meet you where you are and help you grow.

- Preparation for Sproochentest
- 24 hour Certification (via third party company) for nationality requests (only for people that are eligible for this category i.e. residency for longer than x year) —> more information is to be found on governmental website
- targeted vocabulary tailored to your needs (i.e: business, education, politics, medical...)
- improve your speaking skills
- learn to understand your environment better (read the magazine in Luxembourgish, laugh at the jokes on the radio, understand different dialects)
- gain more insight about Luxembourgish culture and its history
- addition to your course to target your weaknesses
