Manga Drawing & Japanese Culture Course - Complete immersion in the world of manga

I am a visual artist born in Barcelona, settled in Belgium since 2017. As an artist I have accumulated experience for the last 25 years. I am graduated with an Academic Bachelor in Fine Arts in the University of Barcelona and graduated as a Master in Visual Arts at Sint Lucas School of Arts in Antwerpen. I am specialised in painting, drawing, experimental films, installations, language, sound and curating. In other words, I am a multidisciplinary artist. I understand the artistic practice as a way to understand ourselves and the situations which surrounds us. In my classes I don't teach how to do Art, but as how to say something through your artistic work. With me you can work independently, with a coach who will challenge you with some assignments and giving feedback to your personal concerns. In addition, you will learn how to work with several mediums, preparing your own material: paintings, canvases, and so on. You will not only receive individual coaching but as encourage you to look other artists or take into account other references connected with your concerns. Finding, discussing and retaking solutions together are the core of my classes.

Private Painting and Drawing lessons, any level! I am a classically trained painter, I have been painting seriously for 20 years and studied intensively in Florence, Italy. I will teach you the basics about light, form, line, colour and space, and how to constantly grow and improve. We start with drawing from observation and continue to other mediums, including oil paint, once the student is ready. Landscape, still life, portrait, expressive. My goal is to help my students improve every time and reach a new level. I provide many examples from art history as well as my own work, and give lots of demonstrations. I offer a personalized approach fitted to each student. The classes are in a small group format, no more than 4 at a time and each student works at their own pace, it is private classes with other students present, offering a supportive environment in which to learn and grow. Each student receives personalized instruction at their own level. Each student is guaranteed to improve. I ask for a commitment of 5 lessons at a time to see some improvement, and I accept students who are looking for longer term learning. Commitment is a must to grow! The classes take place in my studio in the charming location of Grand Hospice, a converted hospice in the city center of Brussels.

As a former student of ENSAV La Cambre, I can offer introductory courses in fashion design, as well as training in fashion design techniques and styling. The level and type of the course may vary depending on the level of the student and what he wants to develop.

I am a very passionate person when it comes to making fun with colors, drawing, crafts, and calligraphy. Teaching these subjects brings me immense delight and satisfaction. Moreover, I hold a strong belief in the beauty of elegant handwriting. My instructional approach is centered on guiding learners from basics and foundational concepts to an advanced level of mastery.

It can be both academic courses (technique and mastery of different materials), as well as reflection on the challenges of art, or even the development of a personal project...

I'm teaching practical techniques to greatly improve your art and also the creativity boost methods you'll need to develop original ideas. I'm giving fun lessons on subjects that are necessary fundamentals of being able to create strong and bold artworks. I can teach digital art, oil painting, watercolor, pencil drawing and comics. We'll design classes together based on your needs. All skill levels are welcome and will benefit from this lessons.

I have up to 3 years experience as a graphic designer and illustrator within a Book Publishing House. By being part of the bookmaking process from the very beginning, I shared my ideas in brainstorming meetings along with the account managers, the editorial team and the art director on the projects. I was able to grow my organizational and planning skills by creating designs for covers and interior layouts, by illustrating book covers and short stories, and by delivering print ready files for many projects at the same time. Besides licensed publishing and in-house projects, I am also involved in producing advertising materials for our projects, such as flyers, posters and banners for online and offline marketing and attention to details is my little name. In my class you will learn to be creative and the means to express your creativity.

Drawing is the basis of any form of plastic art, ranging from sketching, to painting, but also to photography. In addition to drawing lessons, I can give lessons in comics, but also in digital painting and software use. You will, among other things, learn the rules of compositions, perspective, colors, storyboard etc. The course will adapt to what the student would like to achieve as well as to his level.

The programme of the course could be developed regarding the age and individual interests and it can include: Drawing, painting, learning of different techniques Sketching (at home as well as in a public space or in nature) Basics of composition, color psychology Work with the material: modeling, sculpture, arts and crafts Puppetry Sound art workshops for children (making of simple musical instruments, practicing of listening skills in playful way) History of art Photoshop You can use my classes to express yourself and find you own creative language. I could also propose the course of academical painting and drawing, which will include the preparation for the entrance exams to the art schools.

Drawing student in La Cambre, I propose to help you deepen your artistic activity by helping in different areas such as drawing, painting, sculpture and textile activities (embroidery, sewing). Hi everyone! My classes are designed for aspiring artists and designers. I have a master's degree in Industrial design (car & product design) with more than 7 years working experience and teaching. Regardless your level you are all welcome to join my class and learn core design skills such as prespective, industrial design sketching, rendering, photoshop and portfolio preparation. I also teach drawing and oil painting with a focus on representational art. Through my course you will learn how to observe and appreciate nature in order to represent it effectively through drawing or painting. You will learn to draw and paint using the traditional techniques of the old masters such as Rembrandt, Caravaggio and the impressionists.

Student in Master Fine Arts offers drawing classes / sketches. I would adapt the subject of the course, the stakes and the place (studio, museum, café terrace ..) according to the needs of the student (s). objectives -> As a first step, set up a technical and theoretical follow-up if necessary. The focus of this course is on creative writing exercises and artistic methods such as drawing, aquarelle, collage, photography, video art, and other multimedia. This will allow you to better understand practices of contemporary art and to participate from your own home. We will create beautiful texts and poems, expressive sketches and creative maps, illustrative paintings, and photos. The classes are tailored based on the student's needs and wishes, which means different creative exercises. After creative writing, when we reach the visual process, the introduction and guidance for the practical skill of the desired medium will be offered. This class is offered to anyone, no matter the level they have. As an artist with traditional art education, and contemporary art research degree, I believe I can help you regardless if it's for your own practice and interests, or if it's for an academic guidance.

Methodology The proposed teaching aims to develop the plastic qualities and the personality of the pupil through the drawing as well as his sense of the observation by various playful and inventive exercises. Learn to draw differently, avoid automatism and break free / detach from habits to develop new graphic qualities. My objective is to allow the development of the student through this medium and to ensure the continuation of his practice. I have been giving drawing lessons for a few years now and I like to share my activity through amateur teaching. I particularly developed skills by deepening observational drawing (live model, still life, landscape, architecture, objects, shadow work, tracing, one-line-drawing). My methods take into account the discovery of the sensitive applicable to drawing, the mastery of its visual faculties, of a technique of representations ranging from academic to letting go, promoting personal development as well as one's own style of representation. My pedagogical approach still requires a student interested and curious to learn. All ages are possible.
