I worked for BBC World Service radio as a journalist writing and broadcasting international news programmes, for a long time. I am very keen to help you become more confident, comfortable and understood using your English.

I think confidence and enjoyment of learning are crucial to improving. I have a lot of experience working closely with people for who English was not a first language - you can ask me anything about the language and I will do my best to help.

We can concentrate on spoken or written English and chat informally in English about specific topics that you choose to improve your fluency and confidence.
