Mi nombre es María, tengo 25 años y soy violonchelista profesional graduada en España hace dos años. Ahora estoy haciendo un Máster en Música Clásica en el Real Conservatorio de Gante.
Durante tantos años he estado enseñando música de diferentes formas y edades (en escuelas y a particulares): A personas que querían iniciarse en el lenguaje musical o empezar a tocar un instrumento, a personas que querían aprender una partitura. o desarrollar sus herramientas musicales, a personas que querían seguir creciendo como músico y formando su escucha y personas que querían mejorar sus conocimientos teóricos musicales.
Si estás empezando con el violonchelo o con la música, si quieres algunas lecciones extra, si necesitas prepararte y una audición o un examen, si estás haciendo estudios de alto nivel, puedo ayudarte. Llevo muchos años estudiando y tocando el violonchelo en diferentes lugares (orquestas, conservatorios, grabaciones, musicales...) así que creo que puedo darte algunos buenos consejos en diferentes áreas.
Me gusta pensar (y lo hago en mis lecciones) que la música es un lenguaje universal y que cualquiera puede aprenderlo y entenderlo. También que cada persona pueda hacer su propio acercamiento a este maravilloso idioma.

I’m Maria Fernández, professional musician currently living in Ghent.
After many years giving music lessons to people of different places and ages, I’ve realised how important is to all of us, who want to improve the musical tools or want to learn new skills in an instrument, to create a healthy, inspiring and creative environment.
I like to think that everybody can have a personal approach to the music, it doesn’t matter the level or the age. In my lessons I try to find the best way to each person to grow in this way and to find the balance between effort and fun.
I’m flexible to the different needs of the people and I feel myself in a compromise with all my students.
