My name is Julia, I started playing the piano when I was 8 and I am a this year graduate with honours of a Polish 12-year music school with the specialisation in piano, therefore I got a Polish Professional Title- Musician.
Throughout the years I took part and won prizes in many piano competitions in Poland and abroad.

When I was 14 I started a band with my friends and discovered my great passion for composition; since then we've signed a contract with a label, released an album and played about 300 concerts in Europe and this autumn we also have a tour planned.

I grew up surrounded by music and gained the industry experience at a very young age. My mom introduced me to Opera music and folklore, I personally love Scandinavian folk and acoustic.

I am currently a student of Film Composition in London College of Music and I'd love to share my piano and music theory experience with others :)

Silvio, born in 1986, is a pianist, composer and educator originally from Italy. He began studying classical piano at the age of eleven and went on to major in piano at the Conservatory of Lecce, graduating with full marks in 2005. After falling in love with jazz and improvisation when he was nineteen, he attended Lecce State Conservatory on a full jazz scholarship in 2011.
Silvio specializes in many styles of piano and has received numerous prizes at national piano competitions.
In addition to being a musician, Silvio has expertise in business. He graduated with first class honours (110/110 cum laude) in Economics and Finance from the University of Salento in 2013.
His album “Flowing” is the result of a prize in the music competition "Giuseppe Tricarico" (May 2016 - Gallipoli, Italy) which he won and which allowed him to produce this record. It was released in December 2018.
In September 2018 Silvio had the chance to lead workshops about jazz music in Santo Domingo at Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo, National Conservatory of Music and Academia de Música de Patricia Logroño.
In June 2019 he was one of the Top Prize winners at the International Online Quebec Music Competition (Montreal, Canada), where he played his own composition called “Latin Jazz Etude – Una Noche en el Barrio”, and in July 2019 he won the First Place at the San Francisco International Innovative Music Competition (Summer Edition).
Since December 2018 he has been collaborating as sheet music arranger with a US-based website, the world's leading digital sheet music retailer.

As the pupil acquires fundamental piano skills and gets comfortable reading music I proceed with them through the ABRSM or Trinity piano syllabus to a more advanced repertoire.

Throughout a student’s education, I incorporate sight reading, scales exercises and technical work into the lesson structure and daily practice routine of the pupil. I also focus on developing my students’ understanding of how music theory applies to the material they play.

Applying Musicological knowledge and own performing experience I teach students in depth analyses of the music they play, guide their individual interpretation and bring their awareness to the specifics of a historically informed performance.

My pupils play a broad variety of western classical styles, and I will work with them to balance their program and maximise their enjoyment and appreciation for music. The student will become familiar with the main forms and stylistic traits of baroque, classical, romantic and 20th century Western classical music.
