I’m a dedicated and patient tutor who believes every child has the ability to succeed when given the right support. My teaching style is warm, structured, and adaptable — I meet students where they are and help them grow at their own pace.

I specialize in building strong foundations in Mathematics and English, while also providing support in other subjects when needed. Each lesson is tailored to the individual, focusing on their strengths, addressing areas that need improvement, and building confidence along the way.

I enjoy working with curious minds of all levels — whether a student is struggling to keep up or eager to move ahead. My goal is to make learning engaging, enjoyable, and meaningful, helping students develop not only academic skills but also a lifelong love of learning.

You will learn how to show your emotions through movements to best inspire the audience and enjoy. We will work on rhythm, tempo (which are two different things), creativity, improvisation techniques and theatrical performance (if interested). I do not like to work genre-based (for instance only hip-hop, or only classical music), but we will practice what you like the most. However, my strengths are rather in contemporary and modern style, hip hop, breakdance, belly dancing, and Persian dance. We can also specialize in one of these if you are interested. My name is Paul-Antoine and I live in Amsterdam where I am a student. I am currently studying at the University of Amsterdam in the PPLE bachelor (Politics, Psychology, Law and Economics).
From French parents, I followed all my education in the French system abroad and I speak French fluently.
In these support courses which can be academic or simply an aid to the deepening of the language, I will bring my personal culture and my recent readings which will also allow the student to discover another facet of French literature. Vind je de naamvallen maar lastig ? Snap je er niets van wanneer het nu de derde of de vierde naamval moet zijn ? Of zijn er andere onderdelen van de Duitse grammatica die je maar niet onder de knie krijgt ?
Moet je je cijfer nu toch echt omhoog halen voor het einde van dit schooljaar ?
Ik help je daar graag mee ! Zelf heb ik Duitse taal-en letterkunde gestudeerd aan de Rijksuniversiteit Leiden. Daarna ben ik bij bedrijven gaan werken waarbij ik vaak contacten met Duitsland moet onderhouden. In mijn vrije tijd vind ik het leuk om scholieren bijles te geven over Duitse grammatica.

Laat mij weten bij welke onderdelen van de grammatica jij hulp nodig hebt en dan gaan we daar samen aan werken !

Always wanted to learn Spanish, but the regular lessons go too fast and/or it doesn't stick, then follow these tailor-made lessons.

Why class for 40+, because we have learned from our own experience how difficult it is to learn another language later in life and that most books/courses are based for younger students.

All lessons are adapted to your individual needs and speed.

You do not need to purchase any books, all materials will be delivered by email. This is because we work with several books and in this way we can offer a lot of learning material and thus make the learning material varied (and also rehearse more often if necessary.)

There is no minimum or maximum number of lessons, you are the one who determines the frequency. Of course you can also do these lessons with your partner.

Lessons are given online via Skype and last 1.5 hours at a time.
Lessons can be given during the day or in the evening.

As a student who graduated from the European School, I have gained a lot of knowledge in different languages. Having learnt Greek, German, English, French, and even a bit of Italian, I have become familiar with the ways and mechanisms of teaching a language. I have always been passionate about writing and believe a lot in the importance of writing abilities to help individuals mentally, and the same counts for speaking and reading. Language is a form of self-expression that is of utmost importance to life, and I believe everyone should have the opportunity to learn these skills.

Additionally, as a political science student at the University of Amsterdam, I offer help with history and sociology lessons, having studied both these subjects with a lot of passion for many years.
