Hi, welcome to my profile. My nationality is Irish, and I teach English to students from 13 years old to adults. I teach general English and Business English. My classes are informal, and I try to make them interesting and exciting. I teach Intermediate to Advanced levels. We work on selected topics, ensuring that you cover reading, vocabulary building and speaking skills. I am patient and understanding. I encourage my students to be relaxed and comfortable and ask questions. I like to base topics for study on students' interests. Please note my teaching hours are flexible. Saxophone classes focused on jazz and modern music. Harmony, music theory, and modern music composition classes are also offered. We will work on exercises such as recognition of modes with your instrument, technical patterns applied to harmonic progressions, transcription of solos and melodies, relaxation exercises and sound improvement, ... And if you want to learn harmony / music theory I also have methods to improve your skills and start making arrangements of your favorite songs, as well as compositions. Introductory clarinet and flute classes are also offered.

I offer you personalized private courses that show you which steps are necessary from the idea to the finished piece. Thanks to my studies in music production in Berlin (B.A) and years of experience as a musician and composer, I can show you in a professional but also very entertaining way which steps are necessary from the idea to the finished song. I would be happy to make all of my knowledge available to you. I invite you to my studio, where I mainly work with Logic. A large selection of well-known plugins and hardware complement my setup. We will be happy to see each other either via Zoom or, if you live near Torrevieja (Alicante), in my studio. Let's develop a piece of music for a short film scene. From the idea to the finished product and then we mix and master it too. However, if you are only interested in individual modules, we will create a study plan tailored to your needs. Students who speak English or German are well suited. But I also speak some Spanish and can therefore help you in Spanish as well.
