My aim is to tailor classes to my students' goals/ targets/curriculum/ plans to take the USMLE exam. There is a lot of 'self-study' in medicine and it's not always easy to tackle heavy subjects alone. We can go through your coursework, start from scratch, or go through topics in review type sessions and tackle the topics head-on!
Although English is taught in most schools it is not always easy mastering a language without practice, be that speaking, reading, or writing. My aim is to boost my students' confidence in their English skills and allow them to express themselves confidently and fluently. Having previously tutored children with no background in the English language I am very aware of how important it is to gain the confidence in experimenting with a new language and practicing it with a native speaker. Depending on your goals be it conversational English, exam preparation, or writing, I can tailor my classes to best suit you.
I tutor Anatomy and Physiology for 1st and 2nd year medical school students.
