I aim to be a facilitator of self-development and self-improvement, using movement, breathwork, meditation, mindfulness and other skills to enhance the well-being of my clients. I will tailor a programme suited to your goals, whether you are only interested in improving your asanas, or you also desire to learn about yogic philosophy and lifestyle. I hope to teach you skills to improve your practice, mentally, physically and emotionally. I inspire to create a safe space for my client to self-reflect, improve self-love and practice deep healing, supporting and guiding with compassion. I intend to uphold the utmost discretion with anything you share during class, I offer both professional and personal experience. Yoga has been incredibly transformative for me and I want to share this ancient practice with others, in order to experience the healing experience it can provide.
