I have established a methodology applied to the two scenarios present in a learning process:
- Individual work: approach to developing personal rigor and continuous work. The objective is to untangle the appetite for learning, which is a muscle to be worked through the learner's commitment, and their ability to embody themselves in what they learn.
- Work in session: methodology based on a global review of the courses, with questionnaires and discussions on the subject and on different types of media (reading, mini-presentations, audiovisual, serious games, thought experiments, etc.) The session is divided according to the level of the pupil/student, their learning objectives and their personal development program, defined jointly in advance.
The fluidity of the sessions is a central point, taken into account to maintain dynamics and sustain attention throughout the session.
I work according to the following method: a 5-minute break every half hour (regardless of the length of the session, and with a 15-minute break for sessions lasting more than 2 hours).
The goal is to consolidate the information and engage in a brief discussion on overall understanding, while avoiding overwork.
