This course is intended on the one hand for graduates or new students who encounter learning and comprehension difficulties in this subject, and on the other hand, to those who would like to discover the field. Currently an MLaw student at the University of Friborg, I graduated with a Bachelor in Law from the same university and a License in French Law from the University of Paris 2, so it is with pleasure that I could also give some elements of comparative law.
