The English Literature and English Language GCSES are tougher than ever, I know this as i sat my GCSEs in the summer of 2018. Having achieved 8’s in both English Literature and English Language (equivalent to the old A*) i am now studying both the subjects at A level, along with Religious Studies (which i got a 9/A** in at GCSE). I have an aptitude for English; a passion for writing, an avid reader and a wide interest in linguistics.
Having sat the exams only last year, i know all the tricks in the books to passing the exam. I have plenty of resources that i can share with you that will aid you in: structural techniques, analytical skills, confidence, time management and much more.

I have been teaching languages to all ages for the past 30 years. I took early retirement in July 2022 and have since been tutoring privately, with a very high success rate..
I have taught in the same secondary school for the past 21 years and my classes have performed well in French and German at GCSE and A level.
I have also done a lot of teaching English as a foreign language, to guests in our house.

I'm an Undergraduate student at Kingston University. I'd like to share my knowledge with a group of young people who is willing to broaden their knowledge. I would be able to help them with the stuff they need. So Feel free to contact me.

I have expertise teaching Math and Science from Year 5 to GCSE level. I am passionate about raising a generation we will be proud of. I believe strongly that the only way to raise a great generation of positive impact in the future is to inspire them to learn. I hold a PhD in Chemical Engineering from UCL.

My sessions would include;
Set Design – How to read and analyze a script/story, what to look out for, and how to breakdown each scene. Creating visual research and mood boards and how to make clear initial sketches in whatever preferred medium, (pen, water colour Photoshop etc) An introduction to modelmaking, making basic furniture, and miniature rooms.

Costume Design – Looking at costume history, how clothes have changed through the ages, and what shapes and silhouettes fit what eras. Costume drawings, looking at how to draw a clear design that could be understood by the whole creative team, as well as working with mixed media in costume design, ie. collage, photo shop. A look at costume making and sourcing, how I work as a designer when I am doing my own costumes, how I source, make or alter different items.

Puppetry – An introduction to puppetry, the history and basic different types, marionette, bunraku etc. How to make your own bunraku puppet, all you would need is cardboard and gaffa tape. How to make shadow puppets out of card and straws, and how to rig a sheet and light so we can perform them.

I am a tutor of 3 years in teaching 11+, gcse science, gcse maths and economics for both gcse and a level economics. I have a great bank of knowledge and resources to facilitate in these subject areas and having A*’s across the gcse and a level subjects I teach bares testimony to this

I am able to teach drawing, painting and other art materials using a variety equipment and styles from children to adults, beginners to advanced.
Colour theory, spatial awareness, composition, art theory.
I can also mentor & advise students for Scholarships, GCSE’s, A levels, FE & HE preparation.
Working face to face is possible with studio in Sevenoaks as well as Thames Side, Woolwich Must like dogs!

1. Basic Formulas and Functions.
2. Applying General Formatting to Dataset.
3. Applying Freeze Panes and Split Windom
4. Analysing Data using PivotTable and PivotCharts
5. Using VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH and CHOOSE Functions

Hello, I am on the journey to becoming a qualified teacher in a few months as I am currently studying for my PGCE with QTS (primary). I have worked in many schools which has given me a great amount of experience both in the classroom and with students 1-1. I am often labelled as the fun teacher as I believe learning should be made fun. I achieve this by first gaining good subject knowledge, building a rapport with my students and setting specific learning targets which then gives me the flexibility to adapt my teaching so it is more interactive and engaging.

Teaching has always been my passion, as it allows me to share knowledge, inspire others, and make a positive impact on the children’s life.
