Thanks for your interest in this group.

I'm Oxana, and I'm a German female who have lived in Germany but originally from Russia.

The lesson is provided by German or Russian.
I have been practicing Yoga for many years as my lifework and it is my passion as well.

This class is for all-fitness level so feel free to participate the class.

I've been learning Yoga for many years since 2014 so it's been over 6 years experience now. I also have practiced professional horse galloping as my lifework, so I'm a physical athlete.
