Prepare for your final math exam or catch up
From 42 € /h
Mathematics is the language of the future, but for many students, it often feels like an abstract puzzle. As a certified mathematics teacher (second grade) and an Electrical Engineering student at Delft University of Technology, I bridge the gap between mathematical theory and the practical application of technology.
My lessons focus on structure and clear feedback. I focus on what you need to truly master the material. Whether it's preparing for your exam, catching up on past mistakes, or understanding complex technical mathematics, I'll help you view your grades with more confidence.

About Me
As a secondary school mathematics teacher, I have experience primarily with heterogeneous pre-vocational secondary education (VMBO) classes (including an exam class) and pre-university secondary education (HAVO/VWO) classes. In addition to teaching, I developed curricula for various grade levels and drafted a PTA in accordance with legal guidelines. Using digital tools, I make lessons interactive and encourage students to work independently on their learning process. They receive clear, personalized learning goals, and I support them individually with compliments, tips, and brief comments.
Education
TUD: BSc Electrical Engineering
During my Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, I completed several projects as part of a team, using different programming languages and tools. I developed strong technical writing skills by preparing detailed project reports, and I enjoyed presenting my findings to various audiences. My Bachelor's final project at Delft University of Technology, NeuroLogger, was developed in collaboration with the Neuroscience department of Erasmus MC and received an 8.5.

Experience / Qualifications
I taught a pre-exam class and heterogeneous VMBO classes (years 1 and 2) with multiple levels, where I differentiated effectively by creating clear, personalized learning goals and working methods for each student that were immediately clear upon arrival.
Stimulated student autonomy and motivation through short, flexible test periods and re-sit opportunities, allowing students to take ownership of their learning process and actively work on improving results.
Developed my pedagogical skills by teaching pre-university secondary education (havo/vwo) bridge classes with several ADHD students, with a focus on structure, clarity and differentiation.
Provided personalized feedback and actively sought contact with each student to support their individual learning process, using compliments, tips, and short comments to increase motivation and understanding.
